Jetour officially launches in the Philippines with 3 new models

The Jetour Ice Cream EV currently holds the title of the cutest thing on 4 wheels. I believe It also holds the title of being the most affordable fully enclosed, 4-seater, road-legal, air-conditioned electric vehicle. It's priced at just 699k pesos and has a range of 170k kms. I say, that's more than enough range for city use. You can buy two of these, use them alternately for twice the range and you still wouldn't have spent half of what your average EV costs. It only has 27hp and 85Nm of torque but that's enough to propel the 743kg car to a maximum speed of 100kph.

The Jetour Dashing is one dashing crossover, pun definitely intended. It looks like a mini Lamborghini Urus. The interior is very minimalist in a tesla-eque kind of way. You have a huge ipad like screen at the center with very few physical buttons. It also comes with ADAS. It's priced at 1,329,000

The Jetour X70 is a 7-seater crossover that comes in 3 variants which range from 1,099,000 to 1,499,009. All variants of the X70 will come with the same 1.5L turbocharged engine that puts out 5500rpm and 230Nm of torque. The top of the line variant gets a 7 DCT, all other variants get CVTs. Both top of the line and mid spec will get 20 inch wheels

Jetour offers the best warranty package in the business. 6 years of unlimited mileage warranty and 10 years of engine warranty for vehicles with an internal combustion engine.

Jetour Unveils the Off-road Focused, T3 SUV

Shanghai, China. Jetour unveils the T3, an off-road focused, 4x4, body on frame, hybrid SUV at the Shanghai Auto Show. It features a 2.0L turbocharged engine coupled to dual electric motors which send power to all four 22inch wheels. Currently we dont know the total power output or the battery capacity but Jetour did show-off the naked chassis of the T3 and the battery appears to be quite massive, as well as the dual electric motors. Total range in EV mode is 200Kms. The body sits on a steel ladder frame chassis. It has a robust double-wishbone suspension setup on all four corners. It also appears to have air suspension, at least from what i can tell visually ( there was no english spec sheet at the time of this writing) The T3 has a pretty innovative steering system which can rotate the wheels in different directions and allows it to achieve a very tight turning raduis or even to rotate in place -A useful feature in tight off road situations. Mazda Launches the CX60 in the Philippines

Many have touted Mazda as the BMW of Japan as both brands focus heavily on the driving experience. Mazda's vehicles tend to be more driver-focused than their Japanese mainstream competitors. But from a BMW driver’s point of view, there's one important thing that differentiates Mazda from BMW and other premiere German brands. Most BMWs are rear-wheel drive or rear biased AWD. Mazdas, with the exception of their dedicated sports cars, are front-wheel drive or heavily front biased all-wheel drive. That affects their driving dynamics as it’s hard to get them to oversteer under power. It also affects the balance of the car as most of the weight is at the front. Sometimes there can be a disconnect between what one sees in the details and what one sees in the overall picture. A good example would be excrement art.
